    3.2 Pre-Owned Luxury Goods
    Items may display minor signs of wear consistent with prior ownership. All goods are sold in the condition described at the time of sale.

    4. PRICING & PAYMENT

    4.1 Currency
    All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

    4.2 Cleared Funds Policy
    Goods will only be released, dispatched, or made available for collection once cleared funds reflect in our designated bank account.

    4.3 Order Confirmation
    An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and formally acknowledged in writing by Ameera Group.

    6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RISK

    All sales are final. Ameera Group does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. Nothing limits statutory rights under applicable South African consumer legislation.

    8. WARRANTY

    Selected pre-owned timepieces may include a limited mechanical warranty as specified on the sales invoice. The warranty covers the internal movement mechanism only and excludes cosmetic wear, glass damage, straps, water damage, misuse, or unauthorised repair.

    9. BUYING FROM THE PUBLIC

    Acquisitions are subject to sole discretion, physical inspection, authentication, and compliance with the Second-Hand Goods Act 6 of 2009. Valid identification is required. Payment is made via secure EFT following compliance procedures.

    10. PRIVACY & POPIA

    Ameera Group complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Personal information is collected solely for lawful transactional and compliance purposes.

    11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Ameera Group shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the item concerned.

    12. FORCE MAJEURE

    Ameera Group shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control.

    13. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg.
